Design sets the bar.I lead by example throughout the design process: cultivating the vision and conceptual foundation, establishing the visual center, building out design systems and design teams, and then directing them towards success. Every day I operate in a variety of hands-on roles — artist, designer, brand thinker, product strategist, mentor, illustrator, programmer, prototyper, animator, photographer.

Present.In 2012, I came aboard a startup called Tinypass after meeting two industry expats and two former bank system architects looking to revamp the digital content business. We started by building the perfect access-and-monetization solution for independent content creators, which rapidly scaled into an end-to-end digital business platform for companies of all sizes.

In 2015, we merged with Piano Inc to form the world's most sophisticated enterprise digital business platform. As the SVP of Brand & Design, I have lead product and design teams through the successful acquisition and integration of three more companies: Newzmate, Cxense, and AT Internet.
